Ronald Chang

Ronald Chang has an extensive work experience in supply chain management and procurement. Ronald has held various leadership roles in companies such as Archrock, TotalEnergies, Hess Corporation, BHP, TROUVAY & CAUVIN Group, Worley, and JSCA International Inc.

At Archrock, they currently serve as the Director of Supply Chain Process and System Improvement. Prior to that, they were the Senior Manager of Strategic Sourcing.

At TotalEnergies, Ronald worked as the FPU Contracts Lead.

During their time at Hess Corporation, Ronald held multiple director-level positions, including Director of Global Supply Chain - Functional Excellence, Director of Global Supply Chain - Drilling & Completions and Capital Projects, Director of Global Supply Chain - Ghana Development Project, Director of Global Supply Chain - Offshore, Director of Global Supply Chain - Asia Pacific, and Director of Global Supply Chain - Developments & New Ventures.

Before joining Hess Corporation, Ronald worked at BHP as a Vietnam Supply Manager - Exploration and Global Supply Manager - Major Projects.

Ronald also has experience at TROUVAY & CAUVIN Group as a Contracts Administration Manager and at Worley as a Project Procurement Manager.

Ronald started their career at JSCA International Inc. as a Business Development Manager, where they successfully managed sales, marketing, purchasing, and logistics for equipment and materials in China.

Overall, Ronald Chang has demonstrated a strong track record of leadership, strategic planning, cost reduction, and project execution in the field of supply chain management and procurement.

Ronald Chang earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 1991. Ronald later obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Phoenix between 1998 and 2000.
