Melvin Bryan has extensive experience in property management and maintenance, currently serving as Regional Service Manager at Archstone since 2007. Prior to this role, Melvin held the position of Director of Service & Quality at AIMCO from 2005 to 2007 and served as Regional Maintenance Director at Lincoln Property Company from 2000 to 2005. Melvin's education includes studies at the University of the District of Columbia from 1976 to 1978.
