Jacob Lawrence is a seasoned Senior Consultant at Archus since July 2021, leading project teams to deliver services in Project & Programme Management, business cases, and feasibility studies, among others. Prior to this role, Jacob served as a Project Management Officer at the London Borough of Merton, contributing to significant change initiatives across local authority services. The career began as a National Management Trainee, with placements in Children's and Adult Social Care, where valuable insights and project management skills were developed. Jacob also gained international experience as an Assistant European Policy Officer at the East of England Brussels Office. Jacob holds a BA in Politics from the University of East Anglia, obtained in 2018.
