Joe Coates is an experienced consultant currently working at Archus, where responsibilities include leading the Communications and Engagement Workstream for a significant hospital project and acting as the Operational Project Manager for an emergency care initiative. Previously, Joe developed a Primary Care Network Toolkit while at Archus and contributed to NHS England's best practice guidance. As the founder and educational coach at Arete Tutoring, Joe successfully expanded the business internationally and achieved high client satisfaction rates. Additional experience includes roles in tutoring, event organization, brand representation, and as a student ambassador, showcasing strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills. Joe holds a degree in Policy, Politics, and Economics from the University of Birmingham.
