Leah Burnage

Leah Burnage is an experienced HR professional currently serving as a People Advisor at Archus since September 2023. Prior to this role, Leah worked at Academies Enterprise Trust, where titles included Regional HR Advisor and Human Resources Coordinator from September 2020 to August 2023. Leah's earlier experience includes serving as a Recruitment Officer and HR and Recruitment Administrator at The Esland Group Ltd, and as a Front Desk Receptionist at Hoar Cross Hall. Leah began their career as a Sales Assistant at Clarks from June 2013 to March 2018. Leah is pursuing CIPD Qualifications from February 2023 to June 2024 and holds a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from the University of Derby, completed in 2018.
