Kim Sharp

Kim Sharp is currently the Associate Director of Telecom at Archwell, where they leverage extensive experience in telecommunications and customer service. Previously, Kim held various positions at the Indiana Department of Revenue, including Call Center Supervisor, where they developed training programs and managed call center operations. Kim also served as the Lead Help Desk Specialist at Rexnord, where they oversaw IT customer service and collaborated closely with vendors and engineering teams. They received their degree in Education/Teaching of Individuals in Elementary Special Education Programs from IUPUI.
