Rock Primas, CMB has over 25 years of experience in sales, client success, and business development within the mortgage and financial services industry. Rock currently holds the position of Sr. Vice President, Head of Sales & Client Success at Archwell. Prior to this, Rock served as Vice President of Sales at Freedom Mortgage, where they led the Sales new hire program and built a national Remote Call Center sales channel. Rock also held the role of Vice President of Sales, Professional Services at CareerBuilder, where they were responsible for driving sales, revenue growth, and client retention in various industries. Rock has also served in leadership positions at Sourcepoint and PHH Mortgage, where they managed strategic accounts, led sales teams, and developed business partnerships. Throughout their career, they have consistently demonstrated strong expertise in sales management, business development, and client relationship management.

Rock Primas, CMB completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from Morehouse College, graduating in 1995. Rock later obtained the Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB) certification from the Mortgage Bankers Association in 2019.
