We are a team of academic professionals and domain experts delivering high-impact training, consultancy, and R&D services in software engineering, digital transformation, and research innovation. Led by Prof. Dr. Mert Özkaya from Yeditepe University’s Computer Engineering Department, ArcMotus unites top researchers specializing in Model-Driven Engineering, Domain-Specific Language development, software architecture, requirements engineering, artificial intelligence, intelligent systems, IoT, and cyber-physical systems.

Our expertise includes designing domain-specific modeling languages, metamodel creation, model transformation, code generation, and automation tools. We excel in architecture design, architectural styles, architecture-centric methods, technical debt management, and quality evaluation. Our requirements engineering covers elicitation, validation, management, and traceability aligned with architecture.

In AI and smart systems, we develop domain-specific AI strategies, embed intelligent behaviors, and design scalable AI architectures. Our IoT solutions offer end-to-end ecosystem design, embedded intelligence, real-time data processing, and prototyping.

We support R&D project strategy and grant proposals for TÜBİTAK, Horizon Europe, and others, including planning, KPIs, and impact frameworks. Our innovation management includes patents, IP strategy, technology readiness, and commercialization.

Academic publishing support covers scientific writing, publication strategy, journal targeting, editorial preparation, and mentoring.

We drive supply chain transformation by evolving traditional supply chains into demand-driven value chains with strategic roadmaps, demand management, integrated work systems, network design, digital enablement, and change management.

Our mission is to empower organizations by bridging academic rigor and industrial needs—helping them master advanced techniques, innovate, secure funding, build visibility, and strengthen ecosystems.
