Bas Slotema is an emerging researcher with a solid background in engineering physics and subatomic particle studies. Currently serving as a PhD candidate at ARCNL since September 2024, Bas has previously completed an internship at the Max Planck Institute for Plasma Physics, focusing on edge localized mode suppression in tokamaks using the JOREK code.
