Arco.Capital is a private equity fund created to invest in a mid-size business in Brazil. We seek a single company to acquire and control as a majority shareholder.

We are a diverse group of international and local investors with broad experience in several industries. We want to approach founders and entrepreneurs with solid and profitable businesses, but in need of liquidity and diversification. We add value through efficiency gains and growth, respecting the owner's legacy and culture.

Arco.Capital is searching for companies with the following characteristics:
- Revenue between R$ 20 and R$ 100 mi;
- EBITDA margin above 15%;
- Growth industries;
- Recurring revenues and diversified client base.
