Cade Thompson

Cade Thompson is a professional with extensive experience in real estate and project management. Currently serving as a Design/Build Manager at ARCO Design/Build since July 2023, Cade has also been a North Carolina Real Estate Broker with eXp Realty since May 2021 and a Real Estate Acquisition and Property Manager at Lexington Park Properties since January 2015. Responsibilities include coordinating mailing campaigns to identify potential sellers and researching real estate market trends to analyze and value acquisitions. Previously, Cade held positions as a Project Manager Intern at ARCO Design/Build from May 2021 to February 2023 and worked as a Pool Attendant at Aqua Tech Pool Management, LLC from July 2018 to August 2020. Cade completed a Bachelor's of Science degree in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University in 2023.
