Eric Thompson

Eric Thompson is an accomplished industry professional with extensive experience in construction and design build projects. As President, Vice President, and Director at ARCO Design/Build since February 2016, Eric has played a key role in establishing the firm as a leader in various industrial project types, including cold storage and light industrial applications. Prior to ARCO, Eric served as Vice President at TitanRoof, focusing on client excellence, and as Project Manager at Gibson's Pressure Grouting Service, specializing in geotechnical contracting. Eric's background also includes technical sales roles at Schwing America and BASF, as well as an internship at Metromont Corporation where responsibilities included LEED coordination and project management. Eric holds a Master of Engineering in Construction Management from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and Industrial Technology from Middle Tennessee State University.
