Hebrew L. Dixon III is the Director of Supplier Diversity at ARCO Design/Build, where they focus on strategic supplier diversity initiatives across multiple cities. They have held significant leadership roles, including Executive Director for Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Project Director for the USDOT Mid South Atlantic SBTRC, and National Director of Supplier Diversity at Fluor Daniel. Hebrew's career also includes founding and leading the Greater Atlanta Economic Alliance and managing various large-scale construction projects through their own firm, Circle D Enterprises. They hold a degree in Architectural Engineering from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University and pursued divinity studies at Candler School of Divinity, Emory University.
