Wes Gates is an experienced construction professional with a career spanning over fifteen years. Currently serving as Vice President at ARCO Design/Build since May 2013, Wes has also held the positions of Director of Operations and Project Manager within the company. Prior to this role, Wes was an Assistant Superintendent at Evergreen Construction from December 2008 to May 2013.
