Shankar Rajkumar

Shankar Rajkumar has extensive work experience in various roles related to operational excellence, project management, and business transformation. Shankar has worked at Arcolab Private Limited as a Director in the Operational Excellence and Indirect Procurement department. Shankar has also served as an Associate Director and Program Manager in the same company, where they were responsible for implementing Operational Excellence projects and mentoring junior management.

Prior to this, Shankar worked at Agastih Analytics Private Ltd as a Practice Head in Operational Excellence, where they focused on implementing lean principles and improving business operations. Shankar also has experience as the Founder of Rising Swan Entertainments, a start-up business specializing in documentary films and corporate videos.

Earlier in their career, Shankar worked at GMR Group as a Manager in Institution Building & Governance, where they conducted training programs on business excellence and served as an executive assistant to the Business Chairman. Shankar also has experience as a Management Trainee at the Confederation of Indian Industry.
