Benoît Loutrel

Benoît LOUTREL is a prominent board member at the Autorité de régulation de la communication audiovisuelle et numérique (ARCOM) since February 2021, where Benoît serves as president of the working group on the supervision of online platforms, focusing on the implementation of the Digital Services Act and French laws on misinformation. Benoît also holds a board member position at the Conseil supérieur de l’audiovisuel (CSA) and previously worked as Inspector General at Insee, advising on digital transformation in the French government.
