Laurence Gardan

Laurence Gardan is currently the Secrétaire générale de l'Arcom Nancy, where they focus on internal communication and support for teams and managers. They have led the Pôle Mobilisation des Agents in the Meurthe-et-Moselle Department since 2014, overseeing a team dedicated to enhancing communication for nearly 3,000 agents. Gardan has previously served in various communication roles, including as Responsable communication interne for the Ville de Nancy and as a journalist with L'Est Républicain. Laurence holds degrees in international relations from Sciences Po Strasbourg and in workplace psychology from the Université de Strasbourg, in addition to various professional training in project management and team cohesion.
