Matthieu Roger

Matthieu ROGER is a seasoned professional in the media and technology sectors with extensive experience in management and project leadership. Currently serving as the Deputy Director of Television and Video on Demand at Arcom since October 2017, Matthieu has previously held significant roles at the Conseil supérieur de l’audiovisuel (CSA), overseeing television media management and leading various technical departments. Prior experiences include positions at Viaccess-Orca and Equant, where Matthieu managed international projects relating to digital rights management, network migration, and service delivery. Matthieu holds a Master of Engineering degree in Audiovisual and Telecom from Télécom ParisTech and has contributed to standards and strategies for major consumer electronics manufacturers throughout a diverse career spanning multiple companies.
