Mohammed Basha

Mohammed Basha has been working in the blood component technology industry for over a decade. Mohammed started their career as an Area Sales Manager for Terumo BCT in 2009. In this role, they were responsible for providing leadership and direction to distributors selling an extensive line of blood component technologies. Mohammed was also accountable for achieving sales budgets and objectives through distributors in the MENA region.

In January 2011, Mohammed Basha became the Director of MEA at arcomed. In this role, they are responsible for designing and implementing business strategy into plans, target/setting, forecasts, business reviews on a monthly & quarterly basis and overall business efficiency. Mohammed is also responsible for managing communication channels, bottom up and top down flow of information throughout the cross functional team, the business and its customers. Additionally, they work cross-functionally within the business to solve highly unusual and complex problems that have broad business impact.

Mohammed Basha has a B.A in Commerce from the Faculty of Commerce at Ain Shams University, and they also have an IGCSE from Manarat School.

They are on a team with Arwinder Bamra - Head of Business Management, Asia & Pacific, German Salcedo - Head of Business Management, LATAM, and Stefan Appel - Head of Quality Management. Their manager is Andre Delgadinho, Managing Director, Head of Business Management Australia & New Zealand.
