Brian Piazza

Brian Piazza is an accomplished talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruitment and sales spanning over a decade. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager at ARCO/Murray since February 2021, Brian previously held roles at Dashiell Corporation and Realtime Utility Engineers, where responsibilities included establishing recruitment processes, managing virtual career fairs, and analyzing hiring trends. With a background in sales and partnerships from Egen Solutions and account management at Medix, Brian has demonstrated expertise in generating revenue, building client relationships, and developing marketing strategies for recruitment. An alumnus of the University of Iowa, Brian holds a BS in Recreational Management and is actively involved in community initiatives, raising funds and organizing volunteer efforts.
