David Neal

David Neal currently serves as the Director of Field Operations at ARCO/Murray since May 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Construction and General Superintendent at Fessler & Bowman, Inc. from October 2020 to February 2023, and Superintendent at Wayne Brothers Companies from August 2018 to October 2020. Additional experience includes Field Lead at Lithko Contracting, LLC, Quality Control Manager at Thalle Construction Company, Inc., and QA Level 3 Inspector for AVPOL International LLC dba AIL Logistics Solutions / Army Corp of Engineers. David Neal began the career as a Carpenter/Concrete Foreman at American Bridge Company from March 2008 to October 2009.
