Jim Kusner is an experienced construction professional with a strong track record in various superintendent and management roles. Currently serving as a Superintendent at ARCO/Murray since June 2015, Jim successfully completed a 170,000 square foot tilt-up food warehouse with a specialized freezer in South Windsor, CT, 30 days ahead of schedule. Prior to this, Jim held the position of Superintendent at The Douglas Company between February 2013 and May 2015 and oversaw the completion of a wood frame Assisted Living facility south of Boston, among other projects. Earlier career experience includes a General Superintendent role at DooleyMack Constructors, managing school remodeling projects in upstate New York, and a Construction Manager position at Taylor Woodrow. Jim received education at MJC from 1975 to 1976.
