Aaron also served as an Adjunct Professor at Duquesne University's School of Leadership and Professional Advancement from 2004 to December 2015 and began a career in IT auditing and financial roles at Mellon Financial and Allegheny County District Attorney's Office in the 1990s. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance, an MSISM in Information Systems Management, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, all obtained from Duquesne University.
