Geoff Hess

Geoff Hess has extensive experience in operations and project management within the manufacturing and construction industries. Currently serving as Operations Leader at Arconic since May 2018, Geoff has also held the positions of Maintenance Project Leader and MEO. Prior to Arconic, Geoff worked as Project Manager and Millwright III at Bass Mechanical, Inc. from June 2017 to March 2018, and as Fabrication Supervisor at Gerdau North America from April 2013 to June 2017. Geoff holds a degree in Industrial Technology with a focus on Construction Management from Millersville University of Pennsylvania, completed between 2007 and 2012.
