Greg Bashore currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources and Labor Relations at Arconic, overseeing Human Resources for a business with approximately $6 billion in revenue and 5,000 employees. With extensive experience spanning over two decades, Greg previously held multiple senior leadership roles at Arconic and Amcor, including Vice President HR Beverage and Group Vice President of Human Resources in various divisions. Prior to this, extensive experience was gained at Alcoa in various global HR roles, as well as positions at Reynolds Metals Company, KPMG US, Signet Bank/Capital One, and Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield/Progressive Insurance. Greg holds an MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University and a degree in Economics from East Carolina University, complemented by various executive education programs focused on leadership and strategic workforce planning.
