John Schilbe

John Schilbe is a retired plant manager who dedicated his career to the aerospace and castings industries, notably with Howmet Castings and Arconic. With extensive experience in various management, engineering, and manufacturing roles, including machining, coatings, heat treat, braze, powder metallurgy, and investment casting, John has contributed significantly to these fields. John holds a Bachelor's Degree in Metallurgical Engineering from Purdue University, earned in 1992, and completed high school at Grayling High School in 1988.
