Karen Traina has a diverse background in sales and customer support within the aerospace and fastening industries. Beginning in July 2001 as a Commercial Assistant at Fairchild Fasteners, Karen transitioned to an Inside Sales Representative at Alcoa Fastening Systems & Rings in July 2002, remaining in that role until May 2008. Karen then joined Arconic, where responsibilities expanded to Senior Customer Support Representative in May 2008 and continues in that position to the present. In July 2022, Karen took on the role of Key Sales Lead at Howmet Aerospace Distribution while also serving as a Senior Customer Support representative at Howmet Aerospace since April 2020.
