Les Plant

Les Plant is a highly skilled accountant with extensive global expertise currently serving as the Controller-Americas at Trelleborg Group, overseeing all financial aspects for five sites in the US and Mexico. They held the position of Segment Controller at Arconic since 2016, managing finances for two business segments across ten locations in multiple countries. Prior to that, Les served in various roles at RTI International Metals, including Segment Controller and Director of Operations Accounting, as well as a Segment Controller at Alcoa. Les is pursuing a Chartered Accountant designation from ICAEW and holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Hull.
