Michael Healy

Michael Healy is an experienced maintenance professional with a diverse background in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as a Maintenance Supervisor at Arconic since March 2021, Michael coordinates high voltage work and ensures safe work practices while maintaining safety equipment and training. Previous positions include Maintenance Manager at Global Harvest Foods and Liberty Cold, where responsibilities included the start-up of high-speed production lines and training staff. Prior roles involved effectively leading maintenance teams at West Liberty Foods and serving as a Lead Mechanic at Fresh Express, focusing on advanced electrical repairs and process improvements. Michael's experience also includes ownership of GHG Contracting and work as an Elevator Inspector and Lead Mechanic in the elevator industry, alongside teaching electric theory in a national apprenticeship program. Michael completed education at Bear River High School from 1986 to 1990.
