Mike Earl

Mike Earl is an experienced professional in sales and management with a robust background in the aerospace and defense sectors. Currently serving as Account Manager for Aerospace & Defense in the Eastern region at Arconic since May 2022, Mike has previously held various leadership roles at Kaiser Aluminum, including Sales Manager for GE & Industrial Strategic Accounts, Director of Sales, and Director of Marketing. Prior experience also includes positions as North American Director of Sales at Alcoa Forgings and Extrusions and Vice President/General Manager at Castle Metals Aerospace. Mike began a career at TW Metals and progressed to General Manager at Transtar Metals. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership & Strategic Management from Mercer University, obtained between 2012 and 2013.
