Mitch Hogan is an experienced Engineering professional with a strong background in manufacturing technology and process improvement. Currently serving as Technology Manager at Arconic, Mitch oversees manufacturing technology support for eighteen locations across North America, managing strategic projects and capital planning. Previously, as a Process Engineer, responsibilities included technical support for thirteen Service Center locations and project oversight for new facility establishment. As a Product Development Engineer, Mitch led the development of a new thermal building envelope product line, significantly enhancing thermal performance and implementing rapid prototyping initiatives. Additional experience includes roles as College of Engineering Student Ambassador at the University of Georgia, President of the ASHRAE University of Georgia chapter, and a Product Management Intern at Alcoa. Mitch holds a Bachelor of Science in Structural Systems Engineering from the University of Georgia.
