Tim Steele is a seasoned quality engineer currently working in dual roles at Howmet Aerospace and Arconic since August 2019. Previously, Tim held positions at Formica Group North America as a department engineer and process engineer co-op, where responsibilities included updating maintenance plans and implementing quality improvements.
