Will Shuck

Will Shuck serves as the Senior Director of Corporate Development and Strategy at Arconic since September 2023. Previously, Shuck held various significant positions at Howmet Aerospace from April 2020 to September 2023, including Assistant Treasurer for Capital Markets & Pension and Head of Corporate Development, where capital market actions totaling over $2 billion were executed, resulting in substantial annual interest savings. Additionally, Shuck has extensive experience in corporate development from previous roles at Arconic and other firms, with a focus on M&A transactions, capital allocation, and corporate strategy. Educational qualifications include an MBA from The Wharton School and a BA in Economics from Amherst College.
