Mike Needham

Mike Needham has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Mike started their career as a European Tour Guide at EF Education First in 1988. From 1992 to 1997, they worked as a Client Support Executive at Dow Jones Telerate, where they were responsible for client support for real-time financial information products in Italy. In 1997, they joined Bloomberg LP, where they held various sales and sales support roles. Mike was a Sales + Sales Support Italy, where they managed major accounts and sales support in Italy. Mike then became a Senior Sales: Emerging Markets & Italian Sales, overseeing a team for training and new business conferences in Eastern Europe, Israel, Turkey, Southern Africa, and the Middle East. Later, they became a Corporate Treasury Sales Specialist, responsible for specialist sales, sales strategy, training programs, and product development for major UK and European corporations and asset managers. Mike worked at Bloomberg LP until 2019. In 2020, they joined Arcontech Group PLC as a Sales Director, responsible for creating and selling innovative data solutions to various financial institutions and regulatory entities.

Mike Needham attended the University of Bristol where they earned a Bachelor's degree with a 2:1 grade in History.
