Josué Lima

Joanna S. is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in public service and health care. Currently serving as a Federal Public Servant at Employment and Social Development Canada since February 2022, Joanna S. contributes to service excellence through case management and program delivery, supporting critical services including Employment Insurance, Old Age Security, and the Canada Disability Benefit. Joanna S. also owns Burlington Registered Massage Therapy, providing therapeutic services since 2020, and previously founded New Westminster Massage Therapy Clinic from 2018 to 2020. Earlier in the career, Joanna S. worked as an Emergency Communications Operator with Hamilton Police Service. Joanna S. holds a Bachelor of Health Science from Thompson Rivers University and is pursuing a Master of Education in Counselling Psychology at the University of Toronto.
