Paul M. has a diverse range of work experience in different roles and industries. Paul is currently working at Arcoro as a Senior QA Analyst since September 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Susquehanna International Group, LLP (SIG) as a Software Test Engineer from October 2017 to September 2021. Before that, they worked at Automotive Resources International as a QA Engineer and Business Analyst from December 2007 to October 2017. Paul M. also had a brief role at Predictive Inc. as a UX/UI Designer and Technology Consultant in May 2016 to August 2016. Paul started their career at Lincoln Financial Group as a Systems Support Analyst II from June 2006 to December 2007. Their earliest work experience was as an IT Intern at Atlantic County Utilities Authority in 2005.

Paul M. obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems and Business Administration from Rowan University. Paul attended Rowan University from 2002 to 2006. Later, they pursued a Master's Degree in Business Intelligence & Analytics from Saint Joseph's University from 2016 to 2017. In addition to their academic qualifications, Paul M. also obtained the Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute in June 2011.
