Rusty Davis

Rusty Davis is a seasoned software engineering manager at ARCOS LLC, where responsibilities include leading the Mobile Workbench team of 11 software engineers and previously overseeing two engineering teams with a total of 18 direct reports. With a strong background in full-stack development, Rusty has contributed to various projects, including modernizing the RosterApps product and implementing CI/CD processes. Prior to ARCOS LLC, Rusty worked as a contract software developer at Decision Research Corporation, an API developer at Lozanotek, and a full-stack developer at DuPont Pioneer among other roles, utilizing technologies such as C#, SQL, and various web development frameworks. Rusty holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Iowa State University.
