Delva Toscano

Delva Toscano has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Delva began their career in 1994 as a Vault Teller at Bank of America, where they worked until 2008. Delva then joined Zemer International, LLC as an Office Manager, before transitioning to the role of Safety, Environmental, Quality/HR Manager in 2009. Toscano worked at Zemer International until 2022. In 2022, they became a Human Resources Field Manager at CEMCO (California Expanded Metal Products Co.) and held that position until early 2023. Currently, they work as a Human Resources Generalist at Arcosa Inc., starting in June 2023.

Delva Toscano earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management from DeVry University, where they studied from 2002 to 2008. Delva further pursued their education at Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, obtaining a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from 2008 to 2016.

In addition to their formal education, Delva Toscano has obtained several certifications from LinkedIn.
