Grant Dahlsten

Grant Dahlsten has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Grant is currently working as a Compliance and Regulatory Analyst at Arcosa Inc., where they focus on analyzing and visualizing compliance data, conducting compliance training, and maintaining a system for reporting and documenting compliance-related incidents.

Prior to joining Arcosa Inc., Grant served as the Coordinator of Strategic Initiatives for International Affairs at Dallas Baptist University. In this role, they managed an international partnership network, planned and implemented new strategic initiatives with other international organizations, and created marketing material for cross-cultural audiences.
