Lesley Ray

Lesley Ray has a diverse work experience in operations management. In 2014, they joined Delta Tech Service, Inc. as an Operations Manager and stayed with the company until 2019. From 2019 to 2021, Lesley worked as an Operations Manager at Southern Aggregates, LLC, which is now Arcosa. Currently, they hold the position of Area Operations Manager at Arcosa Inc. since January 2021. Lesley's most recent role is Director of Dredge Operations at Arcosa Inc., which they took on in November 2022.

Lesley Ray obtained an Associate's Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from Oklahoma State University - Okmulgee from 1986 to 1988.
