Matt Claypool

Matt Claypool has over 30 years of experience in environment, health, and safety roles. Matt is currently the Director of Environment Health Safety at Arcosa Inc. Since November 2019, Matt has been responsible for overseeing the company's environmental and safety practices. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Environment, Health, and Safety at Evergreen Packaging from February 2007 to November 2019. At Evergreen Packaging, they played a key role in ensuring health and safety compliance. Matt's early career includes positions at International Paper, where they served as an EHS Manager from 2001 to 2007, Corporate Safety from 1996 to 2001, and Health And Safety Manager from 1990 to 1996. Throughout their career, Matt has consistently demonstrated their expertise and commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Matt Claypool earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Safety from Indiana University of Pennsylvania from 1985 to 1989. Matt then pursued a Master's degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Auburn University, completing their studies from 1992 to 1996.
