Steven Harader

Steven Harader, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Steven is currently serving as the Strategic Planning Manager at Arcosa Inc. since January 2020. Prior to their current role, they worked as a Strategic Planner at Cherry Companies for five years, where they were responsible for maintaining administrative staff, accomplishing staff results, and completing special projects.

From 2010 to 2015, Steven worked as an Operations Manager at MedRecovery Solutions Inc. In this role, they successfully led, motivated, developed, and coached a team of 28 employees. Steven managed and monitored the revenue cycle process, performed cash reconciliations, and conducted financial analysis.

Before joining MedRecovery Solutions Inc., Steven worked as a Senior Accountant at Physician Capital Group from 2009 to 2010. Steven played a major role in restructuring the accounting process and supervised the accounting staff. Steven also handled accounts receivable and payables for multiple products and services.

From 1999 to 2009, Steven served as an Administrative and Financial Assistant at Texas Foot Consultants. During their tenure, they restructured the billing department, implemented new procedures and processes, and increased revenue by 60%. Steven supported executive management on strategic practice projects and managed the daily operations of the practice.

Steven's earliest work experience was as an Assistant Manager at Eckerd Drug from 1994 to 1999. In this role, they managed payroll, scheduling, reports, inventory, and financial records. Steven also hired, trained, and managed a staff of 15+ employees and maximized customer traffic through product displays and promotional events.

Steven Harader holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Operational Management from Regis University, which they completed from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the same institution, graduating between 2004 and 2008. In 2003, they obtained a Food Protection Management Certification from The Art Institutes, specializing in Culinary Arts and Chef Training. Steven completed their secondary education at Pearland High School from 1993 to 1997. Additionally, they have completed the Dale Carnegie Course: Effective Communications & Human Relations from Dale Carnegie Training in September 2018.
