Thomas Carow has over 25 years of experience in safety and health management across various organizations, including the US Navy, where Carow served as Chief Petty Officer from September 1995 to July 2013. Following military service, Carow worked as Program Manager for LOTO, Fall Protection & PPE at Norfolk Naval Shipyard and held roles in safety management at MHI Ship Repair & Services, focusing on workers compensation, incident investigation, and health programs. Carow has also contributed to the Shipbuilders Council of America's Executive Safety Steering Committee and served as EHS Manager at Fincantieri Marine Group, where responsibilities included workers compensation management and OSHA compliance.
