Todd Efird

Todd Efird has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Todd is currently working as the ARC 100 Culture Program Director at Arcosa Inc. since August 2022. Prior to that, Todd worked at Caterpillar Inc. from February 2011 to August 2022, initially as a Master Consultant and then as a Senior Consultant at Caterpillar Services. Before joining Caterpillar, they were a Senior Consultant at CoreMedia from January 2007 to February 2011. Todd also served as the Director of Environment Health Safety at DANHER TOOL GROUP from December 2003 to January 2006. Todd'searlier experience includes working as the Corporate Director EHS at Gerdau Long Steel North America from January 2000 to November 2003.

Todd Efird attended Louisiana Tech University from 1984 to 1988, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering.
