John Constantine

John Constantine has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and positions. John started their career as an Account Executive at Pitney Bowes in 2003. From 2004 to 2012, they worked at AIT Laboratories, where they were promoted to Executive Director of Sales. Following that, they served as VP of Sales at Tri-Auto Enterprises, LLC from 2012 to 2013. In 2013, they joined Cordant Health Solutions as the National Director of Marketing and later served as VP of Marketing and Sales Effectiveness and VP of Strategic Initiatives. In 2016, John founded Constantine Consulting, where they worked with clients such as Africa New Life, MDoutlook, and ARCPoint Franchise Group. In the same year, they also held a role as Vice President of Marketing at BioConfirm Laboratories. In 2017, they became the Chief Operations Officer of ARCPoint Franchise Group and in 2018, they were promoted to President and CEO. In 2019, John started their own company, Umubano Group, where they currently hold the position of Founder and CEO.

John Constantine attended West Lafayette High School from 1993 to 1996. After completing high school, they enrolled at Purdue University in 2000 and graduated in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Organizational Leadership and Supervision (OLS).
