Ryan W.

Ryan W. has a diverse work experience that spans different industries. Ryan started their career in 2007 as a Chemical Addiction Counselor and Clinical Evaluator at Greenbriar Treatment Center, where they managed admissions for outpatient rehabilitation sites and led group therapy sessions. Ryan then transitioned to The Home Depot in 2010, where they worked as a District Operations & Asset Protection Specialist, responsible for mitigating financial loss caused by theft, fraud, and operational errors. In 2013, they returned to Greenbriar Treatment Center as a Chemical Addiction Counselor and Outreach Specialist, providing training and consultation on substance misuse and addiction to various professionals. In 2017, they became the Manager, Corporate Training & Business Development, and later the Director, Corporate Training & Business Development, delivering revenue-generating trainings and seminars. In 2020, they took on the role of Project Director - Greenbriar Virtual Events™. Ryan is currently the President of EQualifyed LLC, a training and consulting firm that focuses on emotional intelligence and communication skills. Ryan recently joined ARCpoint Labs as the Director of Corporate Training.

Ryan W. holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Criminology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, where they also completed minors in Economics and Sociology. Ryan then pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Psychology with a concentration in Industrial-Organizational from Southern New Hampshire University. In addition to their academic qualifications, Ryan has obtained several certifications including Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP) from the Employee Assistance Professionals Association (EAPA) and DOT Qualified Substance Abuse Professional from Program Services. Ryan also holds certifications as a Certified Forensic Interviewer (CFI) from the Center for Interviewer Standards and Assessment, and in Wicklander-Zulawski Interview and Interrogation from Wicklander-Zulawski & Associates.
