Currently serving as the Global Head of Customer Experience and Country Head for India at Arcserve since August 2014, Ambarish has a proven track record in building impactful global customer experience strategies and establishing India operations from inception. Prior experience includes significant roles at CA Technologies, where Ambarish held positions such as Vice President of Global Tech Support and Director of Global Technical Support, leading large teams and focusing on operational excellence, process improvement, and employee satisfaction. Early career experience includes managing technical support teams at vCustomer and serving as a Technical Support Engineer.
