Larry Temple

Larry Temple is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software and program management. Currently serving as Senior Director at Arcserve since November 2016, Larry oversees the planning and delivery of various product lines, while fostering international collaboration among teams in the US, India, and Japan. Previously, Larry held key roles at Cray Inc. and Symantec, where responsibilities included managing high-performance computing projects and leading Agile transformation initiatives. With a strong foundation in computer science, having earned both a Master's and Bachelor's degree from the University of Minnesota, Larry has consistently demonstrated expertise in enhancing program management, improving development processes, and driving effective communication across diverse teams.
