Arcsilea was founded by Edwin Pang in 2018 in order to focus his consulting work in his main areas of interest: value of lives at sea & the environmental footprint of maritime activities. 

After 18 years as a Naval Architect with several top consultancies, Ed was increasingly convinced of a need to be an objective advocate of technical issues in the ongoing safety & environmental dialogue within the industry. He decided to build a startup to devote his time helping businesses align their commercial interest with the bigger picture of the safety & environmental agenda.
