Bill Chen

Bill Chen graduated from Shanghai Jiao Tong University with a BS in Information Engineering in 1999. Bill joined ArcSoft in 2005 as the Director of Quality and Engineering (R&D) until 2007 and later held various titles such as Deputy General Manager (R&D), Director of Marketing, Deputy General Manager of Digital Imaging, and currently serves as the VP and GM of CPSG since 2008.
